Founded in 1983 by Dottie Drummond, Penny’s By Plaza Flowers is proudly family owned. Dottie had a keen ability to leave her customers delighted with service and stunning Flowers. Seven day per week service for the entire Philadelphia region existed then and still does today.
Dorothy Drummond passed away in 2005, but her legacy continues to thrive.
