Substitution Policy

“Sometimes, due to lack of certain flowers in different parts of the country, we may be forced to use floral substitutions. However, care goes in to ensure that the flowers of substitution are of equal quality, and that the arrangement matches the colors and theme of the arrangement. Around major holidays, keepsake items may also be substituted due to high demand. In the case of single-flower arrangements, such as all rose or orchid bouquets, we may substitute different colors, but matching the flower type is our top priority.
